”I have power of attorney for my sister, C, and her husband, H, who live in a retirement apartment. H has been diagnosed with dementia and has needed extra care for some months, initially once per day and then twice per day. 3 County Care have been providing the extra care and we have been impressed by their flexibility, coming when agreed, and the friendly but professional level of care H has received.
We have recently been even more impressed as my sister was taken into hospital at a weekend and we needed to arrange 24-hour care for H at short notice. My niece was able to do that to a large extent, but 3 County Care also stepped up and provided any further care that was needed. Mark, who owns 3 County Care, even came to sit with H at 7am one morning, when the night staff left until the day staff arrived. Above and beyond the call of duty.
We also appreciated Mark's knowledge of the local care homes which enabled us to find a suitable place for H in just 4 days.”
